Main Hall
Experience luxury and elegance in our stunning Main Hall, offering 1,200 square feet of refined indoor space, seamlessly extending to a 1,600-square-foot Terrace. With ample room for seating and strolling, this space provides the perfect setting for your special day.
The Pavilion
Can be used as a ceremony area, as a cocktail hour between ceremony and reception, a lounge experience, after-party, luncheon, engagement celebration, brunch, rehearsal dinner, wedding shower, or whatever you imagine - this space offers the ideal ambiance for any occasion. This option by itself is $500
The Meadows
Surrounded by majestic mountain views, choose from two different Meadows. One offers an expansive and naturally picturesque setting for your ceremony. The other is more secluded and intimate surrounded by trees with a trellis and stunning mountain view. Imagine saying your vows against a backdrop of soaring peaks and endless blue skies—a canvas of natural beauty that elevates every moment.
Wedding Chapel
This charming tiny chapel is the epitome of a classic wedding ceremony option, perfectly suited for elopements or micro weddings. $500 Refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior in the form of a check. We hold the check until after the event. As long as no damage, we hand the check back to you within 1 week.
Forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Check or Credit Card. NOTE: credit card transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee.

If you plan to have beer, wine or champagne at the event, a bartender is required to serve.
If you plan to have hard liquor at the event, a bartender is required to serve AND an event ABC license must be pulled from the state for the event by you. (currently $50)
Required Day of Event Insurance naming Redbird Ridge Events, LLC due 30 days prior to event date. If you are having alcohol of any kind, you must add liquor liability to the policy. Go here to purchase: https://www.theeventhelper.com/#kxahwe
Highly Recommended: Cancellation Insurance naming Redbird Ridge Events LLC. This is an optional add on at Event Helper through the link above.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, a total forfeiture of all funds paid will occur, including deposit and any event payments that have already been received.
Caterer, DJ, Band are required to provide a Commercial General Liability Certificate of Insurance naming Redbird Ridge Events, LLC as an additional insured. Minimum limits are $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate for Caterer, DJ, Band.
No food may be prepared, brought onto, or served at the Venue by any individual, group, or entity that cannot provide a certificate of insurance.
