To ensure the highest level of service, professionalism, and guest experience, Redbird Ridge Estate works with a carefully curated list of trusted vendors who meet our standards for quality, reliability, insurance requirements, and venue familiarity.
While we welcome many outside professionals, certain vendors and service providers may not be permitted to operate on the property due to previous performance concerns, insurance limitations, safety requirements, licensing issues, or failure to comply with venue policies.
Redbird Ridge Estate reserves the right to approve or decline any vendor at its sole discretion. We encourage couples to discuss vendor selections with our team early in the planning process to ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding experience.
Our goal is to protect your investment, preserve the integrity of your event, and provide an exceptional experience for you and your guests.

Hi - I’m Sarah and from a small town in Western North Carolina where we have plenty of dirt roads and no one ever gets in a hurry. My dad always had a camera and loved taking pictures. In college when I was on the equestrian team I was managing the website and social media and needed pictures so I started taking my dad's camera with me to horseshows and it was a ton of fun. Fast forward a few years, one of my best friends was getting married and she asked me to do her engagement pictures and that was when I bought my first DSLR camera.
