Cost below is based on the number of guests. Sunday gets a $200 discount; Monday - Thursday gets a $500 discount. 10% discount in December, January and February.

Each space comes with white chairs

The Meadow
Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, the Meadow provides 2 spacious and picturesque settings for your ceremony and can accommodate large parties. Both come with an outdoor arbor.

Gazebo
Beautiful white Gazebo with a field ceremony.

Tobacco Barn
Imagine a small, intimate outdoor covered ceremony under chandeliers and the backdrop of an 1850's traditional tobacco barn

Tiny Chapel
Perfect for a small, intimate elopement indoors or can accommodate a larger group with the chapel as the backdrop and field ceremony.

French Garden Arch
Can be used anywhere on the property as your ceremony arch. Black iron with the shape of a bird cage.

Main Hall 
Indoor ceremony held in our Main Hall - fully heated and air conditioned.

Add On Amenities

• Private cabin rental Our private rental cabin allows for a special honeymoon for your first night married. Can be rented before and/or after your event. Can be included in the "Weekend Package" which includes 2 nights in the cabin and time to decorate the venue for your special day. Three bedrooms, sleeps 10

• Pavilion At 1,280 square feet, the Pavilion is a versatile and intimate space, perfect for smaller gatherings. It includes electricity, ambient hanging lights, stylish couches, cocktail tables, tables, and chairs, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable event. Whether hosting a cocktail hour, lounge experience, after-party, luncheon, engagement celebration, brunch, rehearsal dinner, or wedding shower, this space offers the ideal ambiance for any occasion. This is an add-on experience to any event or a stand-alone rental. $500 stand alone rental

• Weekend package: includes 2 nights cabin rental and use of property for rehearsal and set up of venue for wedding day. $1100

• Cabin Stay Wedding night: $300

• Cabin Stay with access to venue and property night before wedding: $800

• Rehearsal Dinner Rental:  $500

• Extended hours for event: $200 per hour (11pm – 2am)

• Officiant – NC ordained minister with counsel: $400

• Gold Flatware 5-piece place setting. $2 per person

• Dessert Cart $40

Other things you need to know:

• 50% Rental Deposit required at booking

• 25% at 6 months out – includes a walk through

• 25% Balance due 30 days prior to event date

• $500 Refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior in the form of a check. We hold the check until after the event. As long as no damage, we hand the check back to you within 1 week.

• If you plan to have beer, wine or champagne at the event, a licensed bartender is required to serve. 

• If you plan to have hard liquor at the event, a licensed bartender is required to serve AND an event ABC license must be pulled from the state for the event by either you or your bartender/vendor. (currently $50)

• Required Day of Event Insurance naming Redbird Ridge Events, LLC due 2 weeks prior to event date: https://www.theeventhelper.com/#kxahwe

• Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation within 90 days of the scheduled event, a total forfeiture of all funds paid will occur, including deposit and any event payments that have already been received. 

• No food or beverages may be prepared, brought onto, or served at the Venue by any individual, group, or entity that is not an insured and properly licensed catering company or restaurant.

You may want an intimate reception or sunset vow renewal. Our flexible spaces can accommodate your dream day.
